Because of the president's executive action--a violation of federal law--some 5 million illegal immigrants will receive the exact benefits that Congress has already rejected.

Jeanine Pirro mentioned thatSusan Rice, the U.N. ambassador walked out ahead of Israeli Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu’s speech to the General Assembly, and someadministration official had referred to Netanyahu as “chicken**.” Trump made this forceful reply:

“Probably, maybe from the beginning, there has never been a greater enemy to Israel than Barack Obama. It’s incredible the way hetreats them, the way he’s speaking to them. I think he treats our known enemies much better.”

Obama says gay marriage a constitutional right

Oct. 22, 2014 - President Obama's understanding of marriage is still evolving. When he was running for a U.S. Senate seat in 2004 he said marriage is between a man and a woman - though he continued to back civil unions. Now he believes gay marriage is a constitutional right.

In an interview with the New Yorker the president was quoted as saying, "Ultimately, I think the Equal Protection Clause does guarantee same-sex marriage in all fifty states."

At Supreme Court today: Health-law cases mix questions of religious freedom, worker rights

Mar. 25, 2014 - The Supreme Court will hear two cases involving companies that claim they cannot conform to the Obamacare mandateto provide abortifacient contraceptives to their workers. The health law requires them “to do precisely what their religion forbids them or face draconian consequences — including millions in fines, private lawsuits and government enforcement actions.”

One [case] was brought by the owners of Hobby Lobby, an arts-and-crafts chain of more than 500 stores. Their founder, David Green, said the company is run onbiblical principles.

The second case concerns Conestoga Wood Specialties, a Pennsylvania cabinet-making company owned by a Mennonite family. They also say that they cannot complywith the contraceptive mandate.

The cases ask a question the court has never confronted: whether or not the Constitution or the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) that protects an individual’sexercise of religion extends to secular, for-profit corporations and their owners.

Mar. 12, 2014 - According to new revelations from Edward Snowden the NSA impersonated Facebook to trick targets into downloading malicious code. It usesthese opportunities to implant malware plug-ins.

An implant plug-in named CAPTIVATEDAUDIENCE, for example, is used to take over a targeted computer’s microphone and record conversations taking place nearthe device. Another, GUMFISH, can covertly take over a computer’s webcam and snap photographs.

Other implants can extract data from computer hard drives and flash drives temporarily in use by the computer. NSA documents call these capabilities its“Owning the Net” program.

Feb. 7, 2014 - In a recent interview with Bill O'Reilly, President Obama said there was "not a smidgen" of corruption in the IRS in the issueof their targeting of conservative groups and failure to approve their tax-deductible status. Because of this Senator Lindsey Graham told Fox Newsthat the President was "not a very trustworthy fellow."

Jay Sekulow of the American Center for Law and Justice is the attorney for 41 targeted conservative groups.

He revealed an email among IRS officials outlining a strategy for applicants seeking nonprofit status. According to Sekulow, IRS employees wrote they would work "off plan to devise rules to curtail the activities of 501C-4 organizations."

Senate report: Benghazi attackers tied to Al Qaeda groups

Jan. 15, 2014 -A comprehensive report was released yesterday by the Senate Intelligence Committee affirming that individuals tied to Al Qaeda groupswere involved in the Benghazi attack on Sept. 11, 2012. It also said that the attack was “preventable.”

The report faulted the State and Defense departments. It also cited the failure of the Obama administration to "bring the attackers to justice."

Jan. 14, 2014 - A "Top Secret" 450 page report of last year's closed-door hearings by the Armed Services subcommittee on the Benghazi crisisshow that the event was a "terrorist attack," not a protest against a video. The report reveals that General Carter Ham, who at the time was head of AFRICOM,the Defense Department combatant command with jurisdiction over Libya, personally met with then-Defense Secretary Leon Panetta within minutes of thebeginning of the attack.

During the hearing General Ham was asked, "was there any mention of a demonstration or was all discussion about an attack?"

Ham said that there was some "peripheral" discussion of this subject, but he said, "at that initial meeting, we knew that a U.S. facility had been attackedand was under attack, and we knew at that point that we had two individuals, Ambassador Stevens and Mr. [Sean] Smith, unaccounted for."
