Experts Say Next US President Must Deal With Tehran's Nuclear Program

Oct. 31, 2008 - The Voice of America reports that experts agree that U.N. sanctions have not and will not deter Iran in its effort to build nuclear weapons. Russia will not help because they have built the Iranian nuclear plant and will provide the fuel. China will not help because they need Iran's oil. The next U.S. President will have to do something about this problem. Former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, John Bolton, says that if Israel decides to attack Iran's nuclear facilities, the U.S. will need to help them by providing military equipment.
"However deeply unattractive the use of military force is, it is far more unattractive to contemplate an Iran with deliverable nuclear weapons."

But Brunner appealed that decision to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Ohio's Republican Party chairman, Bob Bennett, had accused Brunner, a Democrat, of concealing fraudulent voter registrations in the hotly contested state.

John McCain's campaign ties Barack Obama to alleged Acorn voter registration fraud

Oct. 15, 2008 - John McCain's campaign accuses ACORN (The Association of Community Organisations for Reform Now)of massive voter fraud. The organization claims to have 400,000 members and has led a national voter registration drive in poor communities using some 13,000 canvassers to sign up 1.3 million new voters. Recent investigations have revealed numerous instances of multiple voter registrations by the same individuals. Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin sent a message to supporters saying,
“The Left-wing activist group, Acorn, is now under investigation for voter registration fraud in a number of battleground states... We can’t allow Leftist groups like Acorn to steal this election.”

Barak Obama has close links with ACORN since his days as a Chicago community organiser. The organization has endorsed Obama for president.

Obama, who had some early trouble earning the trust of some Jewish voters on the issue of Israel, quickly distanced himself from the comments.
