The United States is apparently not a major player in world affairs during the end-times. What will happen to our country in the next few years that will remove us from our present role as the world's only superpower? One major factor is the choice of the American people of its leaders, and the appointment by those leaders of key positions. Those leaders could nudge us toward socialism and adoption of a one-world government structure. This could set the scene for a the despotic antichrist world ruler.
This section continues to track President Obama's beliefs and policies about moral issues, such as the sanctity of life, and traditional marriage. It also takes note of his understanding of Christian principles, biblical foundations of our government, honesty and transparency in government, attitudes and actions toward terrorists, reaction to persecution of Christians, and loyalty to Israel.
Read my 2015 blog on the subject of "Obama's Morality." Here is the conclusion of that article:
We still pray for him, and promise to do so more diligently. Most of all, we are praying for a spiritual revival in America for the sake of our young people. Wouldn’t it be great if the President would have a change of heart, and be part of such an awakening? With God all things are possible!
Some Scriptures to keep in mind are:
“Woe to those who call evil good and good evil.” – Isaiah 5:20
“Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people.” - Proverbs 14:34
"I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone- for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good, and pleases God our Savior, 4 who wants all men to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth. - 1 Timothy 2:1-4

|PLEASE, MR. PRESIDENT|
An Open Letter to the President
I don’t have any illusions that you will actually read this letter, but I hope that if you did, I would have the courage to stand face to face with you—forthe sake of my own children and grandchildren, and for the multitude of others who love our country and God’s Chosen People in Israel.
As President of the United States, you are the most powerful person in the world. But there are untold millions of people who follow the most PowerfulPerson in the Universe: Jesus Christ. We are not afraid that Christianity will fail, because Jesus promised, “I will build my church and the gates of Hadeswill not prevail against it.” (Matthew 16:18)
However, we do fear for the future of our country, which was founded on Christian principles. God’s blessing of nations is based on the Abrahamic Covenant.
I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you. – Genesis 12:3
Most Americans still believe that God has blessed America. But if we turn our back on Israel, which was miraculously reborn in 1948 in fulfillment of prophecy(Ezekiel 36 and 37), we know we cannot expect the continued divine assistance and protection that we have enjoyed for so long.
World War II could have been avoided if Great Britain’s Prime Minister, Neville Chamberlain, had not made a deal in 1938 with Hitler, called the Munich Agreement. He thought that he had defused the problem, but it only allowed Hitler to continue his preparations for a war that cost more than 50 million lives.
Many prominent observers of today’s dangerous world are warning you that this deal with Iran will lead to a nuclear holocaust—the very thing you are trying to avoid. Numerous military experts oppose this agreement, and it is almost certain that Congress, including many Democrats, will vote their disapproval of the plan. But you have already said you will veto any such congressional action.
It is my earnest prayer that you will reconsider your position, and that your real legacy will be your courage in stopping the aggression of our greatest enemy.
"In my opinion, President Obama being president of the United States is in itself a judgment of God on the United States –that a God who disposes and proposes has allowed him to become president because of our moral profligacy."
Nina Shea of the Hudson Institute’s Center for Religious Freedom, writes an op-ed in the National Review explaining that the U.S. Government is claiming that Sister Diana ...

The White House denounced what they called the "murder of Egyptian Citizens" -- not Christians -- citizens. The president could noteven summon the moral courage to speak the truth.
Lewis says that this ambition would explain his actions: favoritism for Muslims, surrender to Iran's nukes, and tension with Egyptian President El Sisi.It would also explain his disdain for Israel's Benjamin Netanyahu, who is about to make a personal appeal to the Congress of the United States to stopIran's nuclear threat.
Obama has personally abused and threatened Benjamin Netanyahu from the beginning of this administration. It hasn’t worked. Netanyahu is aman of conviction, and he’s faced tougher enemies on the battlefield than the biggest narcissist in the world.Lewis finishes his editorial by saying that if he is right, after Netanyahu speaks to congress [on March 3rd], we can expect "Obama’s famous rage to explode in public."

This is a very bad deal, a bad deal for the United States, a bad deal for the international community."He compares the President's lack of concern about this danger with the attitude and decisions of Britain's Neville Chamberlain, who waited too long to recognize the folly of appeasing Hitler.

At an earlear date he had criticized President Obama's methodof countering the ISIS threat. He said, "Wars can’t be fought with rhetoric."
