Critics: Kerry Desperate for Nuke Deal With Iran
Mar. 31, 2015 - Today is the target date for an agreement with Iran about stemming their nuclear capabilities. Critics of
the process are skeptical of the process.
Former U.N. Ambassador John Bolton – one of those White House critics – says the United States and its allies may not walk away with a good deal,
but he doesn't think that would stop Kerry from saying they did.

Boehner: Iran has 'no intention' of keeping its word on nuclear deal
Mar. 30, 2015 - House Speaker John Boehner told CNN that Iran does not intend to keep any
agreement they might obtain from the nuclear talks that end tomorrow. He said,
“We’ve got a regime that’s never quite kept their word about anything,” he said. “I just don’t understand why we would sign an agreement with
a group of people who have no intention of keeping their word.”
He also said that if Iran simply rejects an agreement Congress will act quickly to impose new sanctions on them.

Iran Keeps Its Nuclear Secrets
Mar. 27, 2015 - The International Atomic Energy Association (IAEA) reports that Iran only completed one aspect of the 12-step plan
that they agreed to in 2013 to disclose the possible military dimensions of a nuclear program.
“Progress has been very limited” on Iran’s promise to come clean about its earlier efforts to develop a nuclear weapon, IAEA head Yukiya
Amano said this week. Mr. Amano added that “no more new issues” had been resolved, particularly on Iran’s effort to develop explosives for a nuke.

Iran Rejects Snap Inspections of its Nuclear Sites
Mar. 25, 2015 - Negotiations continue between Iran and world powers to limit their nuclear program. Earlier this month,
Yukiya Amano, the head of the UN's International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), called for snap inspections of Iranian facilities to verify their
compliance.
Iran's nuclear spokesman Behrouz Kamalvandi said that the IAEA proposal hinders the negotiations. He said they should only ask for
seasonal and monthly reports.

nuclear program must last for decades.”

Iran nuclear talks reportedly hit snag over lifting of sanctions as Obama makes appeal to Iran's people
Mar. 20, 2015 - The Wall Street Journal reported that Iran wants sanctions lifted almost immediately if a deal is made.
U.S. and European diplomats, for their part, hold that sanctions should only be lifted once Tehran accounts for its past nuclear activity
and is confirmed to be using nuclear energy for peaceful means by the United Nations' nuclear watchdog.
Western negotiators say that the U.S. and European Union can lift some of their sanctions right away but sanctions from the U.N.
could take years because Iran has failed to provide key documents about its nuclear program and has not allowed scientists to visit
their sites.
Iranians consider the limited lifting of sanctions a deal-breaker.

Report: Iran Prepared for Nuclear EMP Attack on US
Mar. 19, 2015 - U.S. analyst Peter Vincent Pry wrote an article on the Israeli website Arutz Sheva, based on a
recently translated Iranian military textbook that endorses a nuclear EMP (electro-magnetic pulse) attack against the U.S.
He wrote:
"One nuclear warhead detonated at high altitude over the United States would black out the national electrical grid and other life sustaining
critical infrastructures for months or years"
He also warned that if such a national blackout lasted for one year it would "leave 90 percent of Americans dead."

Israel 'closer than ever' to decision on hitting Iran
Mar. 19,. 2015 - The strong surprise winner in Israel's parliamentary elections was Benjamin Netanyahu's Likud Party.
Former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations John Bolton says that Netanyahu is now on a much firmer base if he decides to use force
against the Iranian nuclear weapons program. In the past Israel has twice attacked nuclear weapons sites being developed by
hostile states.
The vote was a “stinging defeat” for President Obama that will make Iran far
more nervous and probably lead to more appeasement from the U.S. in nuclear negotiations.
Obama did not congratulate Netanyahu on Likud’s victory but he did congratulate current Iranian President Hassan Rouhani after his victory in 2013.
Bolton said he thinks Obama can't stand Israel.”

cast an air of uncertainty and urgency over the negotiations on the shores of Lake Geneva

Iran Nuclear Deal, If Reached, Wouldn’t Be ‘Legally Binding,’ Kerry Says
Mar. 12, 2015 -
Secretary of State John Kerry, in an often contentious Senate hearing, told lawmakers Wednesday the U.S. isn't negotiating a “legally
binding” agreement with Iran, meaning future presidents could choose not to implement the accord.
Kerry said the agreement with Iran would not be an actual treaty. Treaties legally bind governments to the terms of the agreement, and
the Constitution requires them to be approved by the Senate. The Iran deal will not be a treaty, but an executive agreement, and
could be changed by a future president.
Mr. Kerry said that the present plan would contain mechanisms to enforce compliance.

Iran birth drive 'turns women into baby-making machines'
Mar. 11, 2015 - In the recent past Iran has tried to restrict the country's population with contraception subsidised by the state.
However, two proposed new laws would reverse this trend and stimulate new population growth. One of the new laws would outlaw promoting birth
control and another law would makes it harder for women without babies to get jobs.
"The authorities are promoting a dangerous culture in which women are stripped of key rights and viewed as baby-making machines," said
Hassiba Hadj Sahraoui, Middle East and North Africa deputy director at Amnesty International.
- Source: BBC
- Editor's Note: This development is undoubtedly linked to Iran's plunge in population growth. Read the 2011 review
by Reuven Brenner in Forbes, explaining a fascinating book about this phenomenon in the Islamic world, and how it threatens the very existence of
Islamic Civilization --
Book Review: How Civilizations
Die (and Why Islam is Dying Too). Islamic leaders are aware of this problem, and, in our opinion, it may be an important factor in their
belief that the End of Days is approaching. This, in turn, could be the motivation behind their bold, possibly suicidal jihadist extremism.
Republican Senators Warn Obama on Iran in Open Letter
Mar. 9, 2015 - Forty-seven Republican senators and three potential 2016 presidential contenders (Marco Rubio,
Ted Cruz and Rand Paul) have issued an open letter to Iran's leaders that any nuclear deal offered by President Barack Obama's
administration will be revoked or revised after President Obama has left office.
“It has come to our attention while observing your nuclear negotiations with our government that you may not fully understand our
constitutional system … Anything not approved by Congress is a mere executive agreement,” the senators wrote.
the letter also states that the next President could revoke such an agreement or future Congresses could modify the terms at any time.

Like Israel, U.S. Arab Allies Fear Obama’s Iran Nuclear Deal
Mar. 5, 2015 - Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the United Arab Emirates are just as upset as Israel is about the nuclear deal that is being planned
for Iran. Relationships between these countries and the U.S. have already deteriorated in recent years.
Now, with the nuclear talks nearing a deadline, these allies—particularly in the Gulf—fret that America is about to ditch its long-standing
friends to win love from their common foe, at the very moment that this foe is on the offensive across the region

On eve of Purim, Netanyahu warns of rising Persian threat to Israel & the world and danger of making a bad deal with Tehran.
Mar. 4, 2015 - Joel Rosenberg, who attended the Netanyahu speech to Congress, said it was a historical event, comparable to
Winston Churchill's warnings before World War II. The timing of the event was also significant since it was just before the Jewish observance
of Purim which begins at sundown today.
On the eve of Purim, the Jewish holiday remembering the Biblical book of Esther and the Persian plot to annihilate the Jewish people 2,500
years ago, Prime Minister Netanyahu warned the world of a new Persian/Iranian threat to Israel and the world.
