Prophetic Significance of Peace
Fresh Iran nuclear talks agreed with world powers, says EU
Mar. 6, 2012 - Israel's threat of a pre-emptive military strike against Iran's nuclear facilities has apparently led Iranian
negotiator Saeed Jalili to invite fresh discussions about their nuclear progress. Iran insists there is no military element to its nuclear
program, but the last round of talks ended in failure in January more than a year ago. EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton agreed to the talks
on behalf of the five UN Security Council members plus Germany. She said the EU hopes that this will signal "a sustained process of constructive
dialogue which will deliver real progress" in resolving the issue.
- Iran had earlier said it was prepared under certain conditions to grant inspectors from the UN's International Atomic Energy Agency
(IAEA) access to the key military site of Parchin.

Korea's new leaders by their actions," Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said Wednesday before the House Appropriations Committee.
