You cant compare New Orleans to Japan. The Japanese men and women are raised to have probably the most respect for their fellow man. They are taught that saving face is very essential. You wont catch then stealing and looting since they know that whatever you do there’s a price to pay and they wouldnt believe of stealing from their fellow man. They’re very bright men and women. God bless them and sorry for all those that lost their lives.

Just observing here, I don’t believe people quite understand yet, the situation over in Japan is going to get much worse before it gets better – dangerous nuclear power problems, 20% permanent loss of electric power generation too as those stations probably won’t be coming back online ever again… Japan’s going to be feeling all these things and for a long time too.
