You Know It’s The Last Days When…

The Rabbinical Council of Judea and Samaria said that the current situation “place us at the beginning of the Gog and Magog process where the world is against us, but which ends with the third and final redemption.”

This is a shocking statement, coming from Jewish scholars.  The War of Gog and Magog is described in Ezekiel, chapters 38 and 39.  These chapters follow the amazing prophecy of the rebirth of the nation of Israel in chapters 36 and 37.

Israel was reborn, just as Ezekiel predicted in 1948.

Many Bible students equate the War of Gog and Magog with the Battle of Armageddon, but we think it is most likely the same as the war of the Second Seal in Revelation 6:3-4.

This is the great war at the beginning of the Tribulation, while the Battle of Armageddon takes place at the end of the Tribulation.

The Tribulation is the prophetic period of time predicted by Daniel as the last seven years of Israel’s history.

It takes place just before Messiah returns to begin the peaceful Millennium (Daniel 9:24-27; Ezekiel chapters 40 through 48).

The Rabbinical Council is referring to the universal outrage against Israel because of the armed struggle that resulted when they stopped a supposed relief flotilla that was actually a ship-load of terrorists. The event caused a major realignment in the Middle East, with Turkey, recently a close ally of Israel and the U.S., but now siding with Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and Russia’s Prime Minister Vladimir Putin.

Let us remember Jesus’ words in Luke 21:28:

When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”

  1. John Pitz says:

We must all strive to be ready, as none of us know our appointed time. It surely appears that the signs point to Jesus soon return. Even so, come Lord Jesus!

  2. Todd Rousu says:

Another major sign. Many major earthquakes and natural disaters this year along with many wars and rumors of wars. Iran is out of control along with Obama leading the way to a one world order. And the world is fast turning to hate Israel. Look up believers are redemption is drawing near.

  3. Steve says:

I am a baptist missionary in Brazil and am very glad God is using me in a country with such open hearts! I passed a group of school kids, Thursday, I began to give them gospel tracts for kids, the teachers loved it. Can you see me doing that in the US? No way! It is sad my country is turning away from the truth. I was saved in 1879 when reading Hal Lindseys books on prophecy.

  4. tony martin says:

It seems since the movie The Passion of the Christ, “things” have been happening. God is warning the world! For now while we wait, remember God wants to be with you. Give Him Your time.

  9. Lori McClain says:

I pray it all ends soon. The Bible says that if God didn’t shorten the end days, no one would survive. We must pray that the Lord raptures His believers ASAP. I know that I’m tired of this world. I look forward to being with Christ. Please come get us soon Jesus.

  10. Carmen mccall says:

I can’t wait for the Lords return. Praise God He is coming for us soon.

  11. Joe Generoso says:

Oh trouble in Israel. Could it be as psalm 95 say:
…” ‘They are a people whose hearts go astray and they do not know my ways.’ So I swore in my anger, ‘They shall not enter into my rest.’

  12. Michael Duncan says:

One thing that we Christians need to keep in mind is that He Also Said that even when we see these things coming to pass, we are not to worry. How wonderful it is to be a Christian, having that blessed assurance of His Salvation. I’ve learned one thing that is truly important; When I pray, I try to always give thanks to Him, In The Holy Name Of Jesus, for all he has done for me. When you tell Him how grateful you are, He Hears you. I fear nothing, and I live on a fixed income; not much money, but I have The Wealth Of His Love which I feel all through me. God Bless all of you.
    Michael

  13. Marianne says:

I am so ready for Jesus to return. Every day I ask Him, when are You gonna come back???

  14. I’am too am ready! Lord Jesus , I do worry, and that worry is for my kids ,grandkids and my friends! How preicous is every soul! Lord how I pray for your speedy return, but help me to be content until then! Amen

  15. Keven says:

Let’s keep spreading the gospel. As Jesus stated, the harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few, pray that the Lord of host will send more laborers into the harvest.

  16. Brian Perth WA says:

I am with Kevin yes things are close and it looks like he will soon return but lets not forget in al this many are are not going to make it unless we tell them the truth and stand up for what we believe.
What cost are we willing to pay for one soul to be saved ?

  17. glenordsimmons says:

well i beleive and also i think times drawing near and i wish i could help people see the world for how GOD SEE it and turn there back aginst these things of the world HE ONLY WANTS TO DO WHAT HE CAN for us love but the rath he has for evil no being can over throw amen!!!!!!!

  18. george says:

Steve above says above that he was saved in 1879. That would make him over 100 years old???? Surely he means 1979!!

  19. We are children of light and of the times and seasons we have no need to be told .1st Thessalonians 5:1 But of the times and seasons, brethren,Ye have no need that I tell you.2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord cometh as a thief in the night. Then verse 4 But Ye brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.
So we will know that the day is close,vs 6 Therefore let us not sleep,as do others;but let us watch and be sober. Those that are asleep are those in the Laodicean church. The SLEEPING CHURCH!
I am really tired of being told we won’t no when Jesus is returning,He tells us we will know even when He is at the door. If we are watchmen how could we not know? Especially when their blood will be required at our hands if we do now warn them?

  20. Tricia says:

Lord, I cannot wait for you to come rescue us from all of this turmoil, heartache, and pain. You were so right when asked Father to forgive them, for they know not what they do. You hit that nail right on the head, as it was driven through you to the stake. I feel that statement whole-heartedly. I love you Jesus.

  21. Irene says:

I feel such urgency that things are coming to a close and that Jesus will come soon. We must be ready in season and out season to preach the gospel until Jesus comes. Until the Holy Spirit is removed we must be unceasing in reaching out to as many as we can with the gospel. Our job is to tell them and let the Holy Spirit draw them. God says His Word will not return void. Amazing Grace! There is so much going on now in our world that was going on during the 7 churches history talked about in Revelation. With so many churches asleep we must be the shining light to those that are lost. We not only have the lost in the secular world but we have some who call themselves Christians who straddle the fence. We must reach out to them also. In Hebrews 2:1 it says “Therefore WE OUGHT TO give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard LEST at any time we should let them slip.” (Or drift away from them). Throughout the Scripture Christ warns of the danger of drifting away, the danger of disobedience, danger of willful sin, warns against indifference, and tells us to progress to maturity in our Christian journey. He also warns of apostasy where many fall away. He died for all that will receive him and be obedient to His Word. We must make the best of the time we have and trust all that concerns us to Him who is able and willing to meet our needs.

  22. Audra says:

Somewhere out there in our world is the one last person that is being wooed for the kindgdom before God takes all of us out of here. Pray that you will be used to reach those around you for heaven. How beautiful are the feet who spread the good news of the gospel, and what an honor for our King to use us in discipleship! We pray for Jesus’ return, and yet have no full understanding of His grace and mercy in wanting to give chance after chance. If we took one glance into hell we would run into the masses begging them to repent. Lord, use us before you come….

  23. Donna says:

The Rapture is a blink away. Be prepared, share the word and keep on the whole armor of GOD, we will need it!

  24. Jackie Jones says:

The bible is fulling itself so no matter who is in the president’s seat ,whatever God has ordained will come to pa, and this nation will line up to receive her rewards of destruction Read chapter 35 of Ezekial. America has no more morals or respect for anything and get more demonic on a daily basis.
God gave Sodon the chace to repent and turn away from evil, just as he is sending his word and promises of salvation ,and unless America repent and turn back, jobs will be the very least of our problems.

  25. mark cline says:

It is wonderful to read my brethern’s comments. We will always be together as family in the Body of Jesus Christ. Forever and always, together with our Lord Jesus, and love. Thank You Jesus and praise be unto you Lord Jesus ! Plus, He is our great and best friend.
    With love, bro. mark

  28. Bob McDaniel says:

Been waiting a long time. Hope to see all of you soon. God bless

  29. Any serious student of the Word of God knows very well that the ominous signs that Jesus predicted would be prevalent before He returned are now occurring. The prophetic time-clock started in 1917 with the signing of the Balfour Declaration which allowed for a homeland to be established in Palestine after liberating it from the Ottoman Empire. God further establish the Jewish people on May 14th, 1948 and they became a nation. The Jewish nation with the blessings of God have caused the dry barren region to blossom so that now Israel is a major exporter of fruit and flowers. No scripture has to be fulfilled in order for Jesus to meet the saints in the air. There is still plenty of things that still have to happen until the fullness of the Gentiles takes place, but in the age we live in that could happen very quickly. Jesus is coming!! Be ready!! I wouldn’t miss it for the World!!Be blessed of the Lord.

  30. John Roeloffs says:

    Brother and Sisters,
Daniel’s 70 ‘weeks’ could also be interpreted as a ‘feast of weeks’ also known by many Jews to be the ‘Counting of the Omer’ which is required in OT Law to be honored between Passover and Penticost 50 days later. Modern Israel (the sprouting green shoot) is symbolically allowed to celebrate this period of 7 weeks + 1 day- event exactly 70 times before the return of Christ.

When Israel became a nation on May-14th-1948, it was already the 49th day of ‘counting the Omer’. The 1st fully celebrated feast of weeks (50 days) did not occur until the following year in 1949. The 2nd in 1950, the 3rd in 1951….etc.

The 70th celebration event ends the 1st day following Penticost in 2018.
This happens to be May 21st-2018.

Which is exactly 7 years after the current prediction Herold Camping at Family Radio. Herold and his team may have inadvertently calculated the START Date of the 7 year tribulation.

Another important anniversary date to remember is the 50th anniversary (one Jubiliee) of Israel recapturing Jerusalem in June-1967 is going to occur on June 5th-2017. This leaves a Gap of 350 days between June-2017 and May-21st-2018.

Most likely the Saints will be raptured prior to this final year, sometime in 2016 and most likely on The Feast of Tabernacles on Oct.-17th-2016.

  31. Mario says:

Very Awesome comments! Very exciting times. May we get to know Yeshua all the more here & now. And, we can pray for all unbelievers God puts into our life – for their understanding of the gospel message – before we happily depart!

  32. Victoria Blodgett says:

It seems to me there is a piece missing in some of these posts. Yeshua said, “You will not see me again until you say, “Baruch haba b’Shem Adonai-Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord.” He was talking about the Scribes and Pharisees, the religious leaders of His day. I think that means we don’t get there without the Jewish remnant coming to faith in Yeshua ha’ Mashiach and uttering the words that will usher the invitation for His return. We would do well to pray that the power of the Holy People be broken according to Daniel 12:7 so that they can receive revelation. I am excited to be living in these days and seeing the restoration of Israel and the Jewish people to the land and to their spiritual inheritance. Lots of work left to do, and we get to partner in it to see them grafted back in to their own olive tree! The prophets longed to see this day and we are privileged to live in it. I am not looking for a ticket out, until I see my brothers come in! Blessings!

  33. John Roeloffs says:

First things first….Read Romans 11 today.
Romans 11:25 says that “Israel has experienced a hardening (of the heart) in part UNTIL the full number of the Gentiles has come in”

From this text I would understand that the Lord is patiently waiting until as many Gentiles can be saved first, BEFORE all of Israel will be saved.
Therefore I feel that we need to be praying for unsaved Gentiles as a first priority.

The Jews are His people that He chose for Himself, very long ago. THEY are the root of that beautiful olive tree and WE are the ones who have been grafted into that family tree and must “tremble” before the Lord for His everlasting Mercy. Amen.

  34. evelyn says:

Every day I say Father let Jesus call us out of here. We are home sick.

  35. Irene says:

When we read through the Old Testament we see that God called the Israelites to be his chosen people. He brought them out of Egyptian slavery so they could worship Him and depend on Him. However, we soon see how fickle they were! They were involved in so much apostasy and idol worship over and over that God called them a stiff necked people. He said they worshipped Him with their lips but their hearts were far from Him. When God rescued them and things were going well they fell back into idolatry and hardened their hearts. Once they suffered they cried for God to save them. He was faithful and did rescue them. YOU SEE that is exactly what we do in so many instances. As long as things are well we forget about Him. But when things get hard for us and we struggle just to make it, we then cry out to God. OUR WORLD today is in the situation because we have and are doing the same things that God told the Israelites not to do and they did anyway. SO we will have to go through hard times and receive chastisement from God because He loves us and wants us to be an obedient servant. IF WE can’t get it right while we are being trained during our journey on earth we certainly won’t get a second chance once He returns. We must desire to serve Him in complete obedience if we want to receive all that He wants to give us. Becoming His servant means giving everything up and looking to Him for strength, courage, and power to do as He calls us to do. May God bless you and keep you, may His face shine upon you and give you peace.

  36. I do not leave many comments, but I looked at a few of the comments on this page You Know It’s The Last Days When… Ron's Blog. I actually do have a few questions for you if you do not mind. Is it just me or does it look like like a few of these responses look as if they are written by brain dead people? 😛 And, if you are posting on additional places, I’d like to follow you. Could you make a list of the complete urls of your social community pages like your linkedin profile, Facebook page or twitter feed?

  37. One other issue is that if you are in a circumstance where you would not have a co-signer then you may really need to try to wear out all of your educational funding options. You can find many grants or loans and other free college funding that will provide you with finances to aid with institution expenses. Thank you for the post.
