McCorvey ended up never having an abortion, eventually becoming a pro-life hero by committing her life to overturning the landmark case bearing her pseudonym.
Norma McCorvey, better known as “Jane Doe” in the infamous Roe v. Wade United States Supreme Court decision legalizing
abortion, is being remembered as a pro-life icon and champion after her death on Thursday at the age of 69
McCorvey actually never had an abortion. In fact, she eventually became a pro-life hero devoted to overturning the Roe vs. Wade ruling.

House votes to permanently ban taxpayer funds for abortion
The House passed legislation on Tuesday that would permanently codify existing law banning the use of federal funds for abortion services.
Lawmakers approved the measure largely along party lines, with three Democrats joining Republicans in the 238-183 vote.
