Dec. 11, 2009 - Events that people once thought would never happen are now coming together in rapid succession. When I was a young man, my Christian friends and I knew that the Bible taught that one day there would be a one-world government and a one-world religion, but we could not imagine how these things could happen. ... Dec. 8 - Veteran Obama-watcher David Gutmann thinks that the President is "already getting restless in his present job, and that he seeks a promotion to an even greater status."
Congressmen are fearful that Obama will stubbornly press ahead with his unpopular plans for Health Reform, and that they will be voted out of office in 2010. Gutmann says he thinks the president is not even concerned about his own re-election, and that...
...he will enact as many of his programs in health reform, energy conservation, arms reduction and income redistribution as he can before his current term expires, and then try for higher goals.

Forging a “New World Order” Under a One World Government
June 17, 2009 - Ignoring the election controversy in his own country, Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad told an international gathering in Moscow that a new world order is needed to deal with the many challenges arising in the international political arena. He said, "Western-style capitalism is falling apart, marking the end of the age of Imperialism."
Ahmadinejad said the new world order should be less US-centric. "Washington's many political and economic woes show that its judgment can no longer be trusted," he explained.
Mar. 09, 2009 - Joseph Farah reflects on Henry Kissinger's bold article in the International Herald Tribune in January.
He warns that it is a blueprint for bringing the U.S. to its knees and making us willing to be part of a world government. He says:
I believe it was meant as a signal – marching orders, if you will, for a disparate band of elitists determined to bring about a new form of global rule that will supersede our notions of national sovereignty, limited government and personal freedom.
Economic Chaos and the New World Order
Feb. 18, 2009 - Prophecy Cafe segment - Ron Graff
Is Socialism Inevitable?
When Nikita Khrushchev was the leader of the Soviet Union in the 50’s and ‘60’s, he predicted that various countries would fall into the lap of socialism like “ripe apples.” It was implied that even the United States would someday succumb to this inevitable destiny. At the time it seemed absurd to nearly every American. But now Newsweek’s cover article exclaims, “We Are All Socialists Now.”
It seemed that no one expected the great economic collapse last year. In a matter of weeks, untold millions of people all over the world lost a large percentage of their savings and investments. Where did that money go? Read full article
Fox news commentator Sean Hannity closed his television show recently by calling the second spending bill the "European Socialist Act of 2009." Newsweek writers Jon Meacham and Evan Thomas claim that socialist legislation started during the last administration.
It was, again, under a conservative GOP administration that we enacted the largest expansion of the welfare state in 30 years: prescription drugs for the elderly.
Congress is about to pass the bigest spending bill in history. This clearly suggests that we are headed toward European-style socialism.
Jan. 26, 2008 - New data shows that Britain is in recession. Their Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, warns the nation not to retreat from globalism in the face of the crisis.
"Or we could view the threats and challenges we face today as the difficult birth-pangs of a new global order -- and our task now as nothing less than making the transition through a new internationalism to the benefits of an expanding global society."
Jan. 12, 2009 - Henry Kissinger says that the global economic crisis has weakened the United States' position of leadership, but it also provides an opportunity for building new international relationships. The emergence of Barack Obama at this time is significant.
The extraordinary impact of the president-elect on the imagination of humanity is an important element in shaping a new world order. But it defines an opportunity, not a policy.
He also warns that the alternative to a new international order is chaos.

Jan. 7, 2009 - Joseph Farah says that he doesn't like conspiracy theories, but the economic crisis has caused the impovrishment of the majority while the very rich are becoming wealthier. He gives examples of people in positions of power who see crises as opportunities. One of these is Barack Obama's White House chief of staff, Rahm Emanuel, He business leaders in November that the economic crisis facing the country is "an opportunity to do things you could not do before."
Farah asks if it possible this dire economic calamity was at least partly engineered by insiders from the beginning – for the purpose of enriching the elite and turning the rest of us into serfs?
"Could we have been manipulated into this financial crisis for economic gain and political power for the few? Just do some serious reading about the Great Depression if you have any doubts."
